What counts as the "first-year base salary"?
The annual base salary in the candidate's signed offer letter, excluding bonus, commission, equity, and benefits. The fee is calculated and invoiced once the candidate's start date is confirmed.
Are there any retainers or upfront fees?
No. The success-based model has no retainer, no engagement fee, and no minimum. You pay only when your hire signs and starts. Consulting and Managed Remote engagements are scoped separately.
What is the replacement guarantee, exactly?
If a hire we placed leaves your company within the agreed guarantee period (typically 90 days from start, written into your contract), we re-run the search at no additional charge until a successful replacement is in seat.
Can we run multiple roles in parallel?
Yes. Each role is priced individually at 25% of its first-year base. Volume discounts are available for committed multi-hire engagements — talk to us during the kickoff call.
Do you work outside the DACH region?
For direct hires we focus on DACH and the broader EU. Through Managed Remote Service we place vetted international talent globally — the priced rate is per-seat-per-month.
What if a candidate I've already spoken to ends up on your shortlist?
We'll flag known candidates at the kickoff call. If a candidate is already in your active pipeline, they're excluded from our shortlist and from any fee.
